The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, meted to her, by the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court, to, withdraw the instant petition.

Permission granted. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the learned trial Court concerned, is directed to, most preferably, within three months, conclude the trial, as arises from a complaint bearing COMI-447-2013, titled as "Gurcharan Singh Vs. Balbir Singh and others" (Annexure P-1), filed in the Court of learned JMIC, Moga, constituting therein offences under Sections 323, 506, 452, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
