(Oral) Both the parties are ad idem that this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been arrested in RC26/2020/NIA/DLI. In case of co-accused, the Co-ordinate Bench has passed an order dated 10.03.2022 thereby disposing of CRM-M No.47035 of 2021 as having been rendered infructuous at this stage with liberty to the petitioners therein to revive the same at an appropriate stage.
