(ORAL) The petitioner, in the instant petition, under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, has sought quashing of FIR No.5 dated 12.1.2017 registered under sections 336 IPC and 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Moga City, District Moga, on the basis of compromise dated 17.3.2017 (Annexure P-2).
In compliance of order dated 06.04.2017 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, report from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga, vide forwarding letter no.269 dated 24.4.2017, has been received. According to the report submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate,Moga, compromise arrived at between the parties is genuine, without fear and coercion and no other criminal case is pending against him. In view of the above report and compromise dated 17.3.2017 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties, the instant petition is Virender Kumar 2017.07.28 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
