Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 12.10.2016 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, whereby revision petition filed against the order dated 21.3.2016, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar was dismissed.

There is no representation from the petitioners despite pass over. On the last date of hearing also, there was no representation from the petitioners' side and the matter was still adjourned for today. There is no ground to further adjourn the present petition and the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
