(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing cross case/Rapat No.20, dated 20.06.2010, under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act in FIR No.26, dated 19.06.2010, under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur (P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise.
Pursuant to order dated 15.11.2018 of this Court, parties appeared before the trial Court on 30.11.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.252 dated 08.12.2018 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, vide letter bearing No.15170/EB dated 11.12.2018.

Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur is satisfied that compromise is voluntary, without any coercion or undue influence and is a genuine compromise. Considering the report of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ferozepur, dated 08.12.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid cross case/Rapat No.20, dated 20.06.2010 in FIR No.26, dated 19.06.2010 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed qua the petitioners only, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `3,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court and `7,000/- with the Poor Patients' Welfare Fund of the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh within three weeks from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed.
Disposed of accordingly.
