Mr. Vikram Sheoran, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 28.06.2015 (P-1), the petitioner applied for the post of PGT Hindi under SC category. The petitioner cleared the written examination, as per result dated 20.07.2018 (P-2) and was called for scrutiny of documents. The petitioner secured 100 marks and the last candidate who was called for interview secured 98 marks, as per result dated 19.08.2018 (P-3). The petitioner gave representation dated 12.12.2018 (P-5) but on 10.12.2018, the final result was already declared. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court that some posts of TGT Hindi are still lying vacant and thus petitioner be selected for the above post.

This petition at the very outset is dismissed, as the final result has already been declared on 10.12.2018 and the petitioner has approached this Court after a gap of almost 06 months from the date when the candidate who secured less marks was called for interview.
