This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect lives and liberty of petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 7 as petitioners have solemnized marriage against their wishes and consent. 2.

The petitioners moved representation (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 for getting the needful done but no action has been taken so far.

On the asking of Court, Mr. C.S. Bakhshi, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondents. Copy of petition be supplied to him during the course of the day.

At this stage, Mr. G.S. Kaura, Advocate, has put in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of private respondents, and submits that a case bearing FIR No.127 dated April 9, 2015 has already been registered in regard to the alleged occurrence. 6.

The present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, to look into the grievances of petitioners unfolded by them in their representation dated April 7, 2015 (Annexure P-4) and if found necessary, take appropriate measures in accordance with law.

However, this order shall not be construed as a measure to treat marriage of petitioners valid or legal, and will not hamper investigation of FIR case.

(Jaspal Singh) April 10, 2015 Judge avin At this stage, it has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is danger to the life and liberty of petitioners at the hands of private respondents and some other persons are stated to be present outside the Court premises.

Crl. Misc. No.M-11718 of 2015 [3] The person of both the petitioners is handed over to Incharge/Inspector, Security Wing, Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, for their security.
