Balwinder Singh v. State Of Punjab
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA
AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-11771-2017 (O&M) Date of Decision : 27.04.2017 BALWINDER SINGH ....Petitioner versus STATE OF PUNJAB .... Respondent CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMOL RATTAN SINGH
Present:
Mr. H.S. Brar, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Rajesh Mehta, Addl. A.G., Punjab.
----- AMOL RATTAN SINGH, JUDGE (ORAL) In the connected petition, i.e. CRM-M-14545-2017, an order has been passed, upon contention made by learned counsel for the petitioners therein, showing that they have documents in support of the fact that they were acting only on orders of their superiors to take the then living patient, i.e. Sajjan Singh, to CHC Boothgarh instead of the PGI. This Court has directed (in that case), that documents to that effect be produced before the learned trial Court along with an application seeking bail. The petitioner in this petition, also would appear before the learned trial Court and furnish a similar application, which would be decided by that Court expeditiously.
The interim order passed by this Court would continue to enure till then, on the bail and surety bonds already furnished. Disposed of.
