ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint No.NACT/201/2016 dated 08.07.2016 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 26.03.2018, has already appeared before the trial Court and he has been released on interim bail. A photocopy of the order dated 13.04.2018 passed by the trial Court is taken on record as Mark A.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
