***** PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the FIR No.3 dated 09.01.2007 registered under Sections 323/324/34 IPC at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the State, after seeking instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that cancellation report has been prepared in this case but the same is yet to be filed in Court as respondent No.2/complainant is not traceable. The contention of the learned State counsel is not tenable. If the complainant is not coming forward, police can submit its report.
