This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners in which they have been summoned to face trial for offences under sections 326, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC.

On due consideration of the matter, petitioners are relegated to the remedy of seeking regular bail before the trial court. In case petitioners surrender before the trial court within ten days from today and apply for bail, their plea shall be decided within three days thereafter.
