Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 21.01.2022, whereby interim maintenance of ` 5,000 per month was awarded to the respondent No.1-wife and ` 2,000 per month was awarded to respondent No.2-minor.

As per the averments made by the respondent-wife before the Family Court, petitioner-husband owns ten buffaloes and earns more than ` 1.25 lac per month from this dairy business. Besides, he is having agricultural land also. Pending trial where petitionerhusband's income is to be finally established, the Family Court held that even an able bodied skilled labourer can earn ` 10,000-15,000 per month. Based on that, aforesaid amount of interim maintenance has AVIN KUMAR 2023.03.21 16:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

2023:PHHC:040188 CRR(F) No.177 of 2022 [2] been awarded which is not on a higher side, and does not call for any interference by this Court.

Dismissed.
