As per allegations levelled by HC Rakesh Kumar a tractor trolley bearing No.HR-99-17UT/5847 loaded with stolen stones was intercepted at a barricade. Co-accused driver of the said tractor trolley is concededly nephew of the present petitioner,who disclosed that the loaded stolen stones were being carried on the direction of present accused-Shishpal,owner of the tractor trolley. Counsel for the petitioner heard at length.

It is conceded that stones were lifted from the area of hills of Digrota where such activity is banned by Hon'ble the Supreme Court.

In view of the above,no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
