Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing of order dated 15.02.2019 (Annexure P3) whereby petitioner was transferred from Government College for Women, Bawani Khera to Government College for Women, Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the State submits that impugned order stands cancelled vide order dated 05.12.2019, therefore, this writ petition is rendered infructuous. Copy of order dated 05.12.2019 furnished in Court today is taken on record subject to just exceptions.
