(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to get conducted an enquiry through some senior officials outside the jurisdiction of District Hoshiarpur on the complaint (Annexure P-3) and the representation dated 20.3.2017 (Annexure P-4).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ram Lal, has submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the FIR has been registered against the petitioners and challan has been presented in the Court. In view of the above, the present petition becomes infructuous and is disposed of as such.
