(Oral) CRM-38303-2016 in CRM-M-10330-2015 For the reasons mentioned in the criminal miscellaneous, the same is allowed.

Copy of the judgment dated 22.08.2016 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Family Court, Barnala is taken on record. CRM-M-1174-2015 & CRM-M-10330-2015 (O&M) By this order two petitions namely, CRM-M-1174-2015 titled "Gurmail Singh Versus Geetranjan Dhillon & Anr." and CRM-M-

-210330-2015 titled as "Geetranjan Dhillon & Anr.Versus Gurmail Singh" shall stand disposed of.

An application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was filed by Geetranjan Dhillon and Harman Dhillon in which interim maintenance for a sum of ` 2,000/- each was awarded by Judicial Magistrate Ist Class by an order dated 24.03.2014. Aggrieved against the said order granting interim maintenance a revision was preferred by both sides and the revisional Court enhanced the interim maintenance to ` 4500/- each. Aggrieved against the enhancement of interim maintenance from ` 4,000/- as payable under the orders of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class to ` 9,000/- by the revisional Court, the petition CRM-M-1174 of 2015 was preferred by the father of the claimants and similarly CRM-M-10330 of 2015 was preferred seeking enhancement of the maintenance as awarded.

During the pendency of the instant petitions, a final order has been passed by the District and Sessions Judge (Family Court), Barnala on 22.08.2016 (Annexure P-7) wherein father Gurmail Singh has been directed to pay maintenance allowance @ ` 4500/- per month to each of the applicants from the date of filing of the application on 06.09.2012 till their entitlement and has enhanced the amount to ` 5,000/- per month each to the applicants from the date of the order on that application till their entitlement.

In view of the fact that the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has attained finality, no further orders are called for in the instant petitions and the same are dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
