Ferozepur, District Ferozepur 420, 120-B IPC The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. In paragraph 6 of the bail petition, the accused declares that he has no criminal antecedents; however, State's counsel submits, on instructions, that the petitioner is involved in three more cases.

Given above, the petitioner has not come to this Court with clean hands and as such, present petition is dismissed.
