The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to shift the electric transformer which is installed in front of the plot/shop of the petitioner. 2.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as regards his grievances mentioned in the petition, he has already served a representation (Annexure P-3 ) upon respondents and he would be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the said representation by passing a well reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

With the consent of the parties, the present petition is accordingly disposed of without commenting on the merits of the present case and with a direction to respondent No. 2-Senior Executive Engineer, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, Mandi Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib to take note of the representation (Annexure P-3) served/ issued by the petitioner and to pass a well reasoned and speaking order thereupon after granting an opportunity of hearing to the respective parties in accordance with law and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 31
