(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondent No. 2 to get investigation of complaint moved by respondent No. 5 by a senior police officer of the rank of Superintendent of Police as respondent No. 5 has filed a false and frivolous complaint to rope in the petitioner in a false case relating to fraud and cheating.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that second enquiry in the complaint filed by respondent No. 5 is being held by respondent No. 4-SHO Police Station Rangar Nangal, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur as in the first enquiry, the petitioner was found innocent.
