Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 5 to look into the representation/complaint, dated 29.01.2025, Annexure P-4, filed by the petitioners against the private respondents No.6 to 9. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for redressal of their grievances, the petitioners have already approached respondent No.2, vide representation, dated 29.01.2025, Annexure P-4, however, the same has not been decided till date.

Notice of motion to respondents no.1 to 5-State only. 4.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.J.S.Arora, DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. 5.

Without entering upon an exercise to evaluate the evidentiary value of the documents placed on the file, I dispose of the petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, to take into consideration the representation of the petitioners, dated 29.01.2025, (Annexure P-4) and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from today.
