(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing complaint case No.Nact/27/2016 dated 12.01.2016, pending before the trial court.
Heard.
The matter requires appreciation of evidence. Therefore, the petitioners are relegated to trial court with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition at appropriate stages. However since, petitioner No.2 is a lady, therefore, in the fitness of things, trial court is directed to grant her exemption from her personal appearance and pursue her case through counsel, subject to her furnishing undertaking that she shall be bound by every proceedings conducted by the trial court in her absence.
