(Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to count the past service of the petitioner for a period of five years three months twenty three days rendered as Workshop Calculation and Science Instructor in Industrial Training Department, Government of Haryana for pension and pensionary benefits under Old Pension Scheme as he had applied for the post of Lecturer through proper channel. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the pending legal notice, dated 01.01.2024, Annexure P-12, in a specified period.
