HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0154 dated 31.07.2020 under Sections 380,454,506,120-B IPC registered at P.S Sadar Nakodar, District Jalandhar.

Vide order dated 10.03.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Sahil Chaudhary states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 10.03.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
