Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3.

Heard.

Respondent No.4, by filing the complaint (Annexure P-11) against the petitioner and others, has taken recourse to law. There is property dispute between the parties and civil litigation is also pending between the parties. Hence, no ground for further interference by this court is made out.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
