(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No. 2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Exclusive Court for Heinous Crimes against Women), Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, in case FIR No. 207 dated 29.11.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 498-A, 354, 377, 406, 504 and 506 IPC at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar. After arguing for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order dated 25.01.2023 (Annexure P-4) granting anticipatory bail to respondent No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to approach the Court below, in accordance with law.

Permitted to do so.
