(ORAL) On instructions from ASI Tejpal, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that police is going to file untraced report in the concerned Court, within a week from today, after getting conducted investigation twice in case FIR No. 1027 dated 13.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) i.e. initially from the concerned police station and subsequently from CIA Staff. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
