RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.100 dated 12.08.2014 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Barnala, District Barnala.

On instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 16.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
