Learned counsel for the State as well as learned counsel for respondent No.4 submit that learned counsel for the petitioner did not supply copy of the petition to them. They further submit that appropriate action on the complaint made by the petitioner has already been taken and pursuant thereto, calandra was recorded under Sections 107/150 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State also submits that if the petitioner is still not satisfied, he may approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, (Rural), Jalandhar-respondent No.2 by making an appropriate representation and the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law. CRM-M-11794 of 2015 In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 that if the petitioner approaches him by moving an appropriate representation, appropriate action shall be taken only if it is required to be taken. However, if the representation is found to be frivolous, respondent No.2 is at liberty to take appropriate action against the petitioner, as well. Disposed of, accordingly.
