(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take necessary steps on the representation dated 25.03.2015 (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioner and to protect her life and liberty at the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that after the registration of FIR No. 86 dated 16.03.2015 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 420/465/467/471/120-B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala, the petitioner is having threat to her life and liberty.

The petitioner had already filed a representation dated 25.03.2015 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambala in this regard. The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambala to look into the allegation of threat only to the life and liberty of the petitioner and take appropriate steps, if required, in accordance with law.
