Learned State counsel submits that both the petitioners, namely Hasina and Mobin Khan have made their statements before the police on 9.5.2015 that they do not need any protection. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 has also stated that respondent No.4 will not cause any physical harm to the petitioner but he will avail the legal remedy available to him.

In view of above circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.

Ordered accordingly.
