CM-3770-CWP-2024 Prayer in the present application is to transfer the case to Education Tribunal by giving time bound directions for disposal. Heard.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is preponed and taken up on Board today itself. Main Case 1.

The present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ/order directions against the illegal, arbitrary and unethical orders/proceedings passed by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute being inter se the Management and the employee-petitioner, falls within the jurisdiction of the HAMANT 2024.03.06 17:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-3838-2023 (O&M) 2024:PHHC:031928 - 2Educational Tribunal, therefore, the same may be transferred to Tribunal for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is ordered to be transferred to the Educational Tribunal, Punjab, Mohali. Parties are directed to appear before it on 04.04.2024. 6.

Registry is directed to send the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
