The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to the trial court,Fazilka that the petitioners may be permitted to issue a single surety bond in all complaint cases under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881filed on same date i.e 08.02.2022 and by the same person-Respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that it would be difficult for the petitioners to furnish different sureties and prays for furnishing a single surety for a commensurately higher amount, by the same person who stands surety for them. 3.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court that if otherwise it is otherwise inclined to grant bail, the, provided the petitioners can furnish a bail bond and surety bond of an adequate amount to the satisfaction of that court, to commensurately cover the amount as is involved in all the cases together, the POONAM NEGI 2024.05.20 19:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
