JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in criminal complaint case No.58 of 2013 dated 24.05.2013 registered under Section 190 Cr.P.C and Section 3 (1) (iv) of Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention and Atrocities) Act, 1989 titled as Suresh Kumar Vs. Jai Pal and Ors. Learned state counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar, states that the petitioners have joined investigation and that they are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim bail/protection granted vide order dated 27.4.2015 passed by this Court is hereby made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.
