(Oral) Petitioner has moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the respondents to transfer investigation of case (Annexure P-3) to some senior police officer for conducting fair and impartial investigation. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that representation dated 22.2.2022 (Annexure P-7) in this regard has also been moved before the concerned authorities, but no action has been taken as of now.
