(Oral) The instant petition has been filed for issuance of a writ to the respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and members of his family that are claimed to be at stack at the hands of the private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also claims to have submitted various representations to the authorities against the high handed approach of the private respondents and their persistent harassment and humiliation to the petitioner.

After arguing vehemently for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the alternative remedies i.e., available to him in accordance with law.
