The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action on the GD Entry/Rapat/Complaint dated 30.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) whereby GD request No.28 was registered at P.S. HTM Hisar on the basis of MLR No.HJ/169/HSR/2023 dated 28.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) and further representation dated 02.02.2023 (Annexure P-3). 2.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law. 3.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
