Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201, 120-B, 34 IPC vide FIR No. 647 dated 27.7.2013 at Police Station, Hansi, District, Hisar. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that out of 18 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 13 have been examined. Trial is likely to culminate soon.

In view of above, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out as trial appears to be at its fag end. Dismissed.
