Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 219 dated 23.4.2016 registered under Section(s) 302 IPC & Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Punhana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed on file a copy of order dated 11.4.2017, passed by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mewat and as per the said order, both the petitioners have put in appearance in the said Court and have also been admitted to bail. In view of above, the present petition is accepted and order dated 7.4.2017, passed by this Court, granting interim pre-arrest bail to them, is made absolute.
