ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.16 dated 25.04.2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 285, 323, 304, 506, 120-B IPC and 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station GRP Sirsa.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 27.03.2018, has already appeared before the trial Court and released on interim bail. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Chhinder Pal, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and he is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 27.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
