**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.

However, keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2017 and charges were framed way back on 15.12.2017, but none of the prosecution witnesses has been examined till date, thus, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
