******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Both the above mentioned petitions have been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case of complaint No. 54 of 11.07.2016 titled as "Balvir Kaur Vs. Pawan Kumar and others" filed for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code and Jyoti 2017.09.22 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-11894-2017 and CRM-M-13638-2017 -2Section 3(iii). (x), (xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala.

Heard.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1/complainant submits that the matter has since been amicably settled and complainant will withdraw his complaint by making submissions before the trial Court. In view of submission of learned counsel for respondent No.1/complainant, both the petitions are allowed and the order dated 07.04.2017 passed in CRM-M-11894-2017 and order dated 24.04.2017 passed in CRM-M-13638-2017 are made absolute subject to the condition that petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing. In the event of their non-appearance on any date, the trial Court will be competent to cancel their bail and forfeit the bail bonds and surety bonds to take the petitioners into custody.
