HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9 apart from taking appropriate action against them. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.4 to 9 are harassing and intimidating the petitioner. They are not even permitting him to cultivate his land. On account of the threat of said respondents, the petitioner cannot even reside in the village. In this regard, he has submitted a detailed representation dated 23.1.2019 (P.1) to respondent No.2-Sr. Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur but despite that no action has been taken thereon and the petitioner is continuously facing harassment and threat at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 9. Notice of motion.
