SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.44 dated 01.05.2014, under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Kathunangal, District Amritsar Rural.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 10.04.2015:- " Notice of motion.
Mr. B.S. Bhullar, AAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State and seeks time to argue the matter.
Copy of the petition be supplied to State Counsel by counsel for the petitioner during course of the day. Adjourned to 06.08.2015.
In the meantime, the arrest of the petitioner shall

(ii) He will not leave the country without the prior permission of the Court.
(iii) He will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police official.
Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Harjinder Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.04.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
