#  Present petition is against two orders dated 14.07.2011 and 17.04.2012 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar and learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar respectively dismissing the application of the present petitioner for summoning of respondent No.27Sub Registrar, Jalandhar as additional accused.

As has come to the notice of this Court, vide orders dated 08.08.2013 this Court had dismissed the petition against respondent RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.07.07 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court
