(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.130 dated 25.03.2016, registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurgaon, who have been booked for having committed an offence punishable under Sections 323, 354 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.

At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that the petitioners have joined the investigation on 17.05.2016. At this stage, custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.04.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute.
