PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.18 dated 17.02.2015 registered under Sections 498-A/406/506 IPC at Police Station Doraha, District Ludhiana.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court, while issuing notice of motion on 10.04.2015 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioner would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation. Recovery has been effect and petitioner is no more required for interrogation.
