The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to call for the status report on the complaint/representation dated 14.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) submitted to respondent No.2 by the petitioner, with further direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and property of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of accused person. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available to the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3.
