The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 03.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-27415-2025.

In compliance of the order dated 03.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-27415-2025, learned counsel for the respondent has produced affidavit dated 30.03.2026 of Rajvir Singh, Principal, Government College Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, along with speaking order dated 20.03.2026 (Annexure R-1), on behalf of the respondent in the Court. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 20.03.2026.
