Mr. Sandeep Jain, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Rubi Kumar, Advocate for Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate for the respondent. RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J . (Oral) Admittedly, the petitioner has not availed the equally efficacious remedy against the impugned summoning order. In view of the above, the petitioner is relegated to his alternative remedy against the impugned order at the first instance, however, with a specific liberty to him to approach this Court again by way of similar petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, if necessity arises. It is further made clear that if the petitioner files revision petition against the impugned summoning order within a period of one month from the receipt of certified copy of this order, the respondent shall not raise the issue of limitation before the learned trial Court. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
