(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.31 dated 01.02.2022 registered under Section 61/67-1-14 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Basti Bawa Khel, District Jalandhar, Punjab.

On instructions from ASI Jagir Singh, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of orders dated 15.03.2022 and 19.05.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more longer required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 15.03.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
